This uploads a real photo of a person and animates their face, so a grown-up should set it up and decide what gets shared. Use only a photo you’re allowed to use, keep it a fun family reel (not fake ‘news’ or a real event), and follow Gemini’s and ChatGPT’s terms and your local rules on likeness.

Flow: open ChatGPT and ask it to write a detailed 1980s ‘hero walk’ video prompt → copy the prompt → open Gemini, upload your photo, and paste the prompt → wait a few minutes and your video is ready. The full example prompt is in Step 3 below—copy it and tweak the city, era, or outfit.

  1. Pick one clear photo
